Behind the scenes!
From the lives of our stuffed animals in times of COVID-19 – Part 2
How our stuffed animals stay fit in times of Corona
All gyms and fitness studios have been closed for four weeks now, followed by the closure of all playgrounds and fitness parks just one week later.
Our stuffed animals were also affected by the lockdown at the beginning.
While the lockdown initially felt like a long weekend, there was an increasing feeling of cabin fever.
To counteract this and prevent their joints from rusting, the Sindibaba animals have integrated strength training into their daily routine.
Physical exercise is also said to strengthen the immune system, which is quite beneficial in times of COVID-19.
In this blog post, we would like to give you an insight into how our animals are keeping in shape and in good spirits despite the closed sports facilities.
Fox FRED…
has discovered the fingerboard as his favorite exercise and is now already able to perform a few holding exercises on the most difficult lower ledge to strengthen his paw muscles.
Well, of course it’s easier with such small paws than if a colossus like ELEFANT JUMBO were to try his hand at it.

FELIX the tomcat…
is naturally designed for tree climbing.
So to warm up, he climbed up and down the smooth metal post of the laundry spindle a few times and then tried his hand as a male pole dancer.
CAT KITTY…
meanwhile went to the yoga room and did a few yoga exercises on the soft exercise mat, followed by a final stretch.

Bird BETTYs…
Her wings had also rusted since the start of her quarantine.
That’s why she seized the opportunity at the weekend and flew through the greening garden in glorious 20°C shade and bright sunshine.
She spotted PUPPE LISA and her little baby from a bird’s eye view down in the bushes, enjoying the spring flowers sprouting from the ground.
Doll LISA…
with her little baby in a baby sling, enjoying the spring flowers sprouting from the ground during a walk.

Zebra STRIPEY…
meanwhile, has taken the vacant spot on KITTY’s yoga mat and is doing a few curl-ups to strengthen his neglected biceps.
Perhaps you’ve been inspired by them and are incorporating some of these exercises into your fitness program at home.
Incidentally, our soft toys are always on the lookout for new friends and playmates who will love them and take them to their hearts.
If your little mouse or your little robber is not yet big enough for such exercises but is longing for a playmate to discover, grasp, cuddle and play with for the first time, then take a look at our store. To the Sindibaba store Part 2 of this article
