Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made withinGermany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.

Shipping costs

including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €1.95 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of € 40.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

  • Austria: 3,95 €
  • Switzerland: 3,95 €

From an order value of € 40.00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 – 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: 10 €.

1) All prices are gross prices, i.e. including VAT. No VAT is charged for shipping to third countries (outside the EU).

2) If your order value (incl. VAT) exceeds this shipping allowance, we will ship your goods free of charge.

3) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you.
These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
