Detailed information on the individual payment options

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at the checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

Purchase on account / SOFORT bank transfer

(Klarna)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options.
Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice (“purchase on account”)
  The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.

• Sofort (“SOFORT-Überweisung”)
  Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check.
  In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract.
  Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.

Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the amount to our bank account.
Enter the order number of this order as the reason for payment.
Your goods will be processed and dispatched immediately after the money has been credited to our account.

EPS(only for Austria)

EPS is an Austrian online payment method and is therefore only available to customers from Austria.
During the payment process, the customer selects EPS, enters the name of their bank and logs into their online banking.
They then check the pre-filled payment information and authorize their payment.
This guarantees the payment for SindiBaba.

iDEAL(only in the Netherlands)

iDEAL is a Dutch online payment method and is therefore only available to customers from the Netherlands.
During the payment process, the customer selects EPS, enters the name of their bank and logs into their online banking.
