Care instructions for machine-safe items

As a general rule, machine-washable Sindibaba stuffed animals should be cleaned in the same way as you would clean a delicate down jacket:

  1. First remove all wooden and metal parts (e.g. fastening clips) and put your Sindibaba item in a laundry net or pillowcase.
  2. If possible, wash the soft toy alone or make sure that there are no other items with sharp objects, open zippers or Velcro fasteners in the drum.
  3. Use a gentle mild detergent.
    Very important: Do not use fabric softener!
  4. Set the machine to a delicate cycle (or wool cycle) and 30° C.
    Do not use the spin cycle at all, and if you do, select a maximum of 400 revolutions per minute.
  5. Then leave the item to dry at normal room temperature.
    Very important: Do not wring out the soft toy or put it in the dryer!

Care instructions for Sindibaba items with wool filling

Sindibaba articles with wool filling may only be washed by hand.

  1. Rub your Sindibaba stuffed animal with the foam of a mild detergent and wash it with clear water.
  2. Then leave your Sindibaba item to dry out at normal room temperature.

During the purchase process, you have the option of entering a different delivery address in addition to your billing address.

If you order as a guest:

In the last step before completing the order, check the box “Send delivery to a different address?” at the bottom of the form with the invoice details when completing the checkout.
A new form will then open in which you can enter the details of the different delivery address.

If you order as a registered customer:

In the last step before completing the order, check the box “Send delivery to another address?” at the bottom of the form with the invoice details when completing the checkout.
A new form will then open, which is already pre-filled with the details of your delivery address.

If you would like to deliver your order to a different address, you can simply overwrite the pre-filled data.
Or you can go to the dashboard of your customer account.
There you can enter a different delivery address in the “Address” tab, which will then be used to pre-fill the delivery address form in future.

The refund will always be made to the payment method you selected when ordering.

Payment

We offer a range of flexible payment methods.

After completing the order, the store system will provide you with the information required for a bank transfer.
You will also receive an order confirmation from us with the invoice amount to be transferred and our bank details (IBAN + BIC).
To ensure fast processing, please enter the order number or invoice number as the reason for payment.

Absolutely, we understand your concerns about safety and can reassure you: Our fastening elements are safe!
They are currently the only products in our range that are made entirely from plastic, and we use polypropylene (PP) for this.
This plastic is mainly used in the food industry as it is particularly low in harmful substances and is also easy to recycle.

Polypropylene is odorless, skin-friendly and physiologically harmless, which also makes it suitable for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
It is biologically inert, which means that it does not interact with the human body – an aspect that is highly valued in medical technology (source: Rüdiger Kramme (ed.): Medizintechnik.

If you are looking for an alternative to the plastic rings, we also offer wooden clips with a metal clamp on the back.
