Sweet complaints
Complaints are inevitable in the everyday life of a toy manufacturer and store operator, because nobody (and nothing) is perfect!
We always try to repair or replace the toy as quickly as possible so that the child does not have to miss their beloved soft toy friend for too long.
If you don’t hear anything more, you know that the repair or replacement has served its purpose and everyone is happy.
Occasionally, however, we also receive very kind feedback, often as part of a return, some of which we would like to present here as a belated thank you to the kind sender.
Music box bird BETTY (white)
Yesterday, for example, we received the following delivery: 😀 A customer had complained about her granddaughter’s music box.
After we sent her a new one, the faulty one was returned to us – with a very sweet 🥰 surprise in the truest sense of the word!

Crochet music box bird BETTY (white)
The BETTY crochet music box bird is available in two color variations – one in white and one in dusky pink.
In addition to the very soft outer material, which is crocheted from bamboo viscose yarn, the music box is characterized by the wind-up cord, which is hidden in an elaborately crocheted cover, the equally elaborately crocheted wind-up ring, and the multi-reinforced 3D crochet rope.
