Conditions of participation for competitions 2023

This competition is organized by Augasta GmbH Loebstr.
15 54292 Trier hereinafter referred to as “^SindiBaba®“.
This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram.
If not specified, the competition will run for 4 days from the publication of the competition post.
^SindiBaba® reserves the right to change or discontinue the competition at any time without this giving rise to any claims on the part of the participants.
Any violation of these conditions of participation will result in exclusion from the respective competition.

1st participation

Participation in the promotion takes place via the post on the Facebook or Instagram platform, in the form of a comment under the competition post or by sending in an entry requested in the post by post, WhatsApp or email.
Participation is free of charge and independent of an order.
An order does not affect the chances of winning.
Anyone who is at least 18 years old, has their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, Switzerland or Austria, is registered with Facebook or Instagram and is a fan of the ^SindiBaba® fan page or follower of the Instagram profile can take part in the competition.
Business partners and employees of ^SindiBaba® and their relatives are excluded from participation.
How can I participate?
Participation in the competition requires topic-related interaction with the post, such as liking, following and commenting.
With this comment, the conditions of participation are accepted.
Manipulation, disruption of the competition, the use of unauthorized aids of any kind and participation with false accounts are prohibited and will result in exclusion from the competition.
There is no entitlement to participate.

2. selection of winners/third party rights

The comment submitted by the participant must be in line with the theme of the competition set by ^SindiBaba®.
Expressly prohibited are contributions that violate legal provisions, the rights of third parties or morality and/or that contain defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable content.
^SindiBaba® expressly reserves the right to remove such contributions without prior notice and without giving reasons and to exclude the participant from the competition.
The participant assures ^SindiBaba® that he/she is the owner of all rights to his/her entry for participation in this competition and for the granting of the rights listed in section 3.
In addition, he/she warrants that his/her entry does not violate applicable law, in particular morality, nor is it discriminatory, nor does it violate religious and cultural beliefs and values, personal rights, copyrights and/or other rights of third parties.
Should third parties assert claims against ^SindiBaba® for infringement of their rights, the participant shall indemnify ^SindiBaba® against all third-party claims upon first request.
The indemnification also includes the reasonable costs incurred by ^SindiBaba® in this context, in particular the necessary costs of legal representation.
Participants are prohibited from misusing their contribution for advertising purposes, harassing, discriminating against or insulting other participants.

3. granting of rights

^SindiBaba® will use the entry submitted by the participant exclusively for the purposes of the competition.
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that, in the event of winning, his/her entry, including first name and abbreviated surname, will be published.
The publication will take place on the ^SindiBaba® fan page.

4. profit determination

At the end of the competition, the winners will be drawn at random.
The jury will select the winners of the respective competitions.
The prizes will be described in the entry post.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Cash payment of the value of the prize is not possible.
The prize is non-transferable.
Vouchers will be deposited in the winner’s customer account and can be redeemed with the next order.
If the winner does not yet have a customer account with ^SindiBaba®, a customer account will be created.
The winners will be marked in the post under their comment and possibly announced on the ^SindiBaba® fan page.
First name written out in full, last name abbreviated.
The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.

5. data protection

The recipient of the information provided by the participant (names, pictures, posts, addresses) is not Facebook or Instagram, but ^SindiBaba®.
If you have any questions or complaints, please contact ^SindiBaba® exclusively.
The information provided by the participant will only be used for the evaluation of the competition and for determining and announcing the winners.
Vouchers will be deposited in the winner’s customer account and can be redeemed with the next order.
If the winner does not yet have a customer account with ^SindiBaba®, a customer account will be created.
When a customer account is opened, the data will be used for advertising purposes (objection possible at any time).
If the winner wins, the first name and abbreviated surname of the participant will be published in a post.
The data will not be passed on.
