\nThis promotion is not affiliated with Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram.
\nIf not specified, the competition will run for 4 days from the publication of the competition post.
\nSindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> reserves the right to change or discontinue the competition at any time without this giving rise to any claims on the part of the participants.
\nAny violation of these conditions of participation will result in exclusion from the respective competition. <\/p>\n

1st participation<\/h2>\n

Participation in the promotion takes place via the post on the Facebook or Instagram platform, in the form of a comment under the competition post or by sending in an entry requested in the post by post, WhatsApp or email.
\nParticipation is free of charge and independent of an order.
\nAn order does not affect the chances of winning.

\nParticipation in the competition requires topic-related interaction with the post, such as liking, following and commenting.
\nWith this comment, the conditions of participation are accepted.
\nManipulation, disruption of the competition, the use of unauthorized aids of any kind and participation with false accounts are prohibited and will result in exclusion from the competition.
\nThere is no entitlement to participate. <\/p>\n

2. selection of winners\/third party rights<\/h2>\n

The comment submitted by the participant must be in line with the theme of the competition set by SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup>.
\nExpressly prohibited are contributions that violate legal provisions, the rights of third parties or morality and\/or that contain defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, racist or otherwise objectionable content.
\nSindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> expressly reserves the right to remove such contributions without prior notice and without giving reasons and to exclude the participant from the competition.
\nThe participant assures SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> that he\/she is the owner of all rights to his\/her entry for participation in this competition and for the granting of the rights listed in section 3.
\nIn addition, he\/she warrants that his\/her entry does not violate applicable law, in particular morality, nor is it discriminatory, nor does it violate religious and cultural beliefs and values, personal rights, copyrights and\/or other rights of third parties.
\nShould third parties assert claims against SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> for infringement of their rights, the participant shall indemnify SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> against all third-party claims upon first request.
\nThe indemnification also includes the reasonable costs incurred by SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> in this context, in particular the necessary costs of legal representation.
\nParticipants are prohibited from misusing their contribution for advertising purposes, harassing, discriminating against or insulting other participants. <\/p>\n

3. granting of rights<\/h2>\n

SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> will use the entry submitted by the participant exclusively for the purposes of the competition.
\nBy participating in the competition, the participant agrees that, in the event of winning, his\/her entry, including first name and abbreviated surname, will be published.
\nThe publication will take place on the SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup> fan page. <\/p>\n

At the end of the competition, the winners will be drawn at random.
\nThe jury will select the winners of the respective competitions.
\nThe prizes will be described in the entry post.
\nLegal recourse is excluded.
\nCash payment of the value of the prize is not possible.
\nThe prize is non-transferable.

The recipient of the information provided by the participant (names, pictures, posts, addresses) is not Facebook or Instagram, but SindiBaba\u00ae<\/sup>.

\nThe information provided by the participant will only be used for the evaluation of the competition and for determining and announcing the winners.
\nVouchers will be deposited in the winner’s customer account and can be redeemed with the next order.
